Pierce Moore, Sgt. Pierce Moore is a decisive leader, entrepreneur, and Marine Corps veteran. He served for 11 years, including as a military occupation specialist with deep experience in infantry and related front-line combat assignments. During that time he learned critical time management, problem solving, and team building skills, as well as supervisory skills such as small unit leadership. Importantly,Sgt. Moore's service to the Marines strengthened his character by helping him develop courage, motivation, and self-discipline. After his honorable discharge from the Marines, Sgt. Moore earned his Associates Degree at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas, and then went on to work for BNSF Railway, one of the largest railroad companies in North America.Sgt. Moore started as a Break man based out of Ft. Worth, Texas in 2006, and then continued his education by going back to Overland Park, Kansas and graduated from Engineering to become a locomotive engineer and was employed again with BNSF Railway.
